What not to say at a job interview
Why do you want this job? It's one of the most common interview questions, but many candidates are answering it wrong, J.T. O'Donnell, CEO at WorkItDaily, writes on LinkedIn. The biggest mistake is to answer by listing the benefits and perks a company offers, effectively explaining how the company serves the candidate, she says. Instead, use the answer to show that you’re able to motivate yourself to stay engaged and focused on the job, she says.

Why do I want this job, its all about what you can do for them, not what they can do for you?? Ensure you sell the value add and experiences you can bring to your employer.? This is an excellent time for you to articulate your skills both hard and soft that you bring to the position.? This is your time to sell yourself specifically for the position you are applying for!? An open-ended question with no boundaries may just make your interview!
