Tim Cook warned graduates in his commencement speech at Stanford University Sunday, "If you built a chaos factory, you can’t dodge responsibility." While the Apple CEO didn't name any companies directly, he expressed concern over recent data breaches and privacy policies, and even made a jab at the disgraced startup Theranos.
