LinkedIn's recent ranking of the top 50 #startups doesn't just highlight up-and-coming businesses — it also gives a great bird's eye view of the forces shaping consumer demand. Business Insider reporter Sherin Shibu spoke with Jessi Hempel, one of the list's co-authors, to figure out what's driving trends within #cannabis and #micromobility, two of the big breakout industries of 2019.
