Persimmon: What do you think?

Personally I think it’s good to see any company work on their issues and seek feedback from customers and suppliers. What’s your thoughts?

https://lnkd.in/d-c6wxC I've read a a few articles recently where people have complained that they're bombarded with "experience/satisfaction" reviews too frequently......well, here is the opposite end of that spectrum; a business that ran completely out of control and that is now (belatedly) playing catch up. The barrister (￡￡￡￡￡) leading the consultation said that "more companies could consider using independent reviews to assess their operations, but it would require a “sufficiently confident executive”....... or they could just pay some respect to their customers, undertake the necessary research and never get into this sort of situation in the first place? Just a thought!
