About 24% of workers in Singapore say they have been "bullied, undermined or harassed" in the workplace in the past year — among the highest of the 14 countries polled by Kantar. They were also most likely (at 32%) to have felt “uncomfortable” at work. That helped make the city-state the second-worst in terms of diversity and inclusion, with Japan ranking 11th. Those who are bullied or exposed to violence at work may face a higher risk of heart disease, according to one study.
