The coronavirus pandemic has exposed more people to increasingly severe mental health issues. Nearly half of Americans said the crisis has harmed them, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation poll, and two-thirds of adults reported more stress now compared with this time last year. As the country opens back up, it is becoming more evident that managing our lives and businesses through uncertain times will be constant. So, how can we adjust our routines to cope with this new way of living through uncertainty?
