Judge tells Musk, SEC to work it out
Tesla CEO Elon Musk and the Securities and Exchange Commission were told by a federal judge to spend two weeks working out their issues. The U.S. stock market regulator had asked the judge to hold the billionaire in contempt for violating terms of an October settlement. Musk tweeted Tesla’s production forecast in February, despite having agreed not to make operating and financial statements about the company on Twitter. The judge didn't rule on the contempt charge.
- Tesla also announced Thursday that new-vehicle deliveries dropped 31% in the first quarter from the prior period, in a potential sign of weakening U.S. demand.

This isn’t surprising to anyone who has been closely following the company. Tesla has been a house of cards for far too long and this might be the breeze that exposes both Musk & Tesla as the frauds they are.
