How CXOs are reskilling

UPskilling CXOs As a lifelong learner I keep a close lookout for #upskilling ideas, and I am actively engaged in research on #upskilling. The quickest way of #learning for a #CXOs is from a peer or practitioner in the space, the courses on #AI, #ML, or Deep Learning will give a theoretical background. This theory is necessary to know to understand the basic but not sufficient to apply it to your work. Application of it to any work problem small or big will help #cxos realize the time it takes and the shortcomings of machine learning. It can optimize & not create a solution. How framing the #algorithm to capture the problem and to check the outcome is important to perfect it. This is where #CXO skills really trump the #machine or #programmers #skills. Experience of dealing with problems over a long period of time gives them an insight or a #hunch as to what could be the root cause. These #hunches can be cross checked by using #data to #optimize them. The most important thing to learn is that while processing power is there to create an #AI engine, sometimes the #data is not there to support it. Only a #CXO can build a #culture of capturing #customer data and organizing it for competitive advantage. The rest is faff. What's your #Upskilling #model do share and lets all learn.
