Finding success in the automation age

Who's the most #important person at a company? The founder? The head of products or marketing? To me, the most important person at a company is the person that makes everyone feel great by not only doing their job with excellence but through their radiance of #happiness and kindness. Many people strive to be #kind and happy, but the rare person whole pulls that off by being it and living it (most all the time) is a very, very special member of any team or organization.? At Cinequest we have such a person, ironically handling an aspect of our company that is stereotyped as attracting less ebullient types. Their #energy is so beloved that people schedule their work to make sure it coincides with interaction time with this leader of joy. They don't run around like a self-help guru spewing forward their smiles and affirmations, they just are such good people and such happy people that everyone who comes in their path has a better day at work and is more impactful.?
