Ex-TalkTalk exec crowdfunds pay row

Today I am launching a crowdfunding campaign to take TalkTalk, the telecoms giant, to tribunal for a second time over unfair dismissal and equal pay. I aim to raise ￡40,000 on the Crowdjustice platform to conclude my campaign for justice. If I win, I have pledged to give my settlement in full to the Fawcett Society and Time’s Up UK where it can be used to campaign for women’s rights. Please donate today:

It's a shame that the message hasn't sunk in worldwide yet. If two people have the same role, their pay should be reflective of that too.
