Uber Transit comes to India
Delhi has become the first Asian city to get Uber Transit, the ride-sharing major's public transport offering. Uber has partnered with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation to provide real-time metro and bus schedules, along with walking directions for metro stations and bus stops. News reports say the new feature, a likely alternative to Google Maps, could be a precursor to launching Uber Bus (its shuttle service) in India. Transit is currently operational across select metro stations, but Uber said it would eventually cover all 210 stops in the NCR region.

Uber and Ola are the two major cab service providers across the country. The facilities of Ola is commendable is small cities and metropolitan cities while Uber facilities are there in majorly metropolitan cities. Instead of increasing the types of vehicles in one city rather improve your trust amongst Uber drivers so that availability of Uber can be increased in the cities.
