Companies help women return to work
''Returnship'' programs are becoming more popular, as the competition for talent grows amid a tighter labor market. Companies are tapping into the pool of seasoned professionals who took time off to care for their families and are ready to return to the workforce. The programs often target mothers, and provide mentorship and coaching for them to re-integrate into the workforce. Companies who have already implemented returnship programs include: Walmart, Netflix, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and more.

I was fortunate to find a great role at J&J after focusing on my family for 6 years. Everyone was so very encouraging and never doubted by abilities. It was hard but so very empowering & satisfying. Thank you J&J — we will continue to welcome strong talent back with their newly acquired skills that we can put to good use!
