Canadian worries, ranked
Roughly one in three Canadians is more worried about the cost of living than anything else, according to a new poll commissioned for CBC News. That comes even as the economy is doing relatively well, job creation is at a record, and Canadians are seeing their wages rise faster than the cost of most goods. But housing affordability is still at crisis levels in Toronto and Vancouver, and many families are struggling with child-care costs. Other top concerns among respondents include climate change, health issues, and immigration.
