Boeing wins massive MAX jet order
Boeing has been given a vote of confidence after British Airways’ parent company IAG placed an estimated $24 billion order for the 737 MAX aircraft — including the same model involved in two deadly crashes. IAG CEO Willie Walsh, a former 737 pilot, signed a letter of intent at the Paris Air Show and said he “expect[s] that the aircraft will make a successful return to service.” The 200-jet order puts the American planemaker slightly ahead of its European rival Airbus at the world’s premier aviation event.

They signed a Letter in Intent only, they can Cancel any time but Boeing will grasp any straw at the moment.
