We start this year's webinars with the launch of "Aberrant Capitalism: The Decay and Revival of Customer Capitalism" book by Hunter Hastings and Stephen Denning on March 14th.
This book looks at the flaws of capitalism over the last 300 years in Europe and the US.
Along with Heidi Musser and Mark Belinzcky they will discuss how, once driven to serve customers, companies have drifted from purpose to the pursuit of short-term profits, neglecting innovation and people.
These insights together with the World Management Agility Forum's mission (to inspire a global shift in management thinking), will demonstrate to you how we can break free from "aberrant capitalism" and reimagine management for a future based on customer value, employee engagement and long-term stakeholder success.
