Join Jim Fielding and special guests, Adam Powell (co-founder of Allstora) and Erica Anderson (co-founder of The New Savant) as they discuss the meaning of Pride, creating inclusive workplaces, and living your true, authentic story.
ERICA ANDERSON is the CEO and Co-founder of The New Savant, an artist-created modern scent studio that creates unique olfactory experiences. With just $30,000 of their money, Erica and co-founder Ingrid Nilsen have bootstrapped an indie fragrance brand with resonance. By creating olfactive experiences that are identity and story-driven, they've received many awards, including "Best New Interesting Scent" for Mixed Feelings by fragrance connoisseur, Sir Candle Man. They were also recently given the “Innovator Excellence” award from the national trade group, Women in Flavors and Fragrance.
ADAM POWELL is the Co-Founder of Allstora and The Rainbow Book Bus. Following undergrad at Harvard, Powell went on to work in marketing and talent partnerships for seven years, before launching ShopQueer.co in 2022 alongside his partner, Eric Cervini. Prior to co-founding ShopQueer.co, Adam was a producer at Collectively, a creator and brand marketing agency. When not driving The Rainbow Book Bus across the United States, he can be found performing as his drag alter ego, Aubergine!
