May is Mental Health Awareness month. While there is positive stress and at times it can motivate us stress can also have a negative impact on your mind, body, and spirit.
The most common mental health issue for women is depression. Anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders are all more common for women than men. Twice as many women in America then men experience depression and 1 in 5 women live with a common mental health problem.
When women choose not to put their wellness first the whole family is affected. We want all women to be comfortable discussing their wellness and taking action to be well. During this discussion we will each be sharing our expertise of health tips to ensure you are well all year long cause our wellness is priceless and a personal payoff!
