Recovering from breakups and divorce. This men's group helps you redefine yourself after a loss. We will begin by understanding why we act the way we do, then learn tips to negotiate our self-worth and build a life worth living. At Empowering Wellness, we believe that true success is rooted in holistic well-being. Our Wellness Success Groups offer a transformative journey through a one-year engagement designed to help you achieve a balanced, fulfilling life. These groups are structured into two 26-week programs, hosted on a virtual video platform with access to a private Facebook group for continuous support and community engagement.
Group Structure and Format
Our group services are conducted in a multi-person format, offering a supportive environment where participants can share their stories, challenges, and triumphs. Each group, limited to 20 participants, is partially open, meaning that you can join at the beginning of each 9-week section. The group model is rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, providing both coaching and therapeutic support. This approach allows participants to explore their mental, physical, financial, and social health, with a focus on holistic living.

The program is divided into three sections, each lasting 9 weeks:

Stress management, trauma recovery, and mindfulness

Section 2: Social Health
Interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills
Building and maintaining meaningful relationships
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Compassion fatigue, burnout prevention, and boundary setting
Section 3: Wellness Across the Lifetime
Overview of building a life worth living
Defining success and exploring personal values
Financial independence and early retirement strategies
Achieving balance in life and career satisfaction
Each session begins with Mindfulness, the cornerstone of well-living, followed by a 1.5-hour group discussion on an important lesson. Participants will engage in homework review and apply lessons to their personal lives, fostering a deeper understanding of the material and its practical application.
