On March 6, 2025, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is officially launching its first joint EIT Community Hub in Croatia at the “Making Innovation Happen in Croatia” Kick-Off Event. This milestone will connect Croatian innovators, businesses, and researchers with Europe’s largest innovation ecosystem, boosting collaboration and strengthening Croatia’s competitiveness.

Since 2021, EIT has channeled €12M in Croatia, supporting 110 ventures and over 2,500 participants in education and training. As part of the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme, the new hub will serve as a central access point to EIT opportunities, working closely with local authorities to foster innovation-led growth.
