From Sorry to Success in 45 minutes
This is one of my hobby horses so fitting that it's the subject for this final Online Live session
Women have developed a whole dictionary of self-sabotaging words and phrases which destroy their credibility
"Just"

All of these qualifiers are there to pre-empt negative judgment We fear that the use of assertive language will lead us to be judged as over-confident or full of ourselves so we revert to the passive.
But it doesn't have to be so. The path to enlightenment starts with awareness
In this 40 minute session I'm going to cover
1. The offending phrases
2. The alternatives
Time allowing
3. How to ask for what you want and get it
4. How to say no and mean it
