It can be tough if you’re an executive over 50 and have found yourself on the outer during a recession. It’s even tougher if you’re a woman over 50 as age and gender bias combined is a b*tch.

Perhaps you're in the tenuous position of haven taken a redundancy just before COVID hit, thinking you had time to find the “right” opportunity

Or maybe you were a COVID casualty as your sector was decimated or your organisation had to downsize and now there's tougher (and younger) competition

Or maybe you're beginning to feel invisible in your current role, marginalised out of meetings, frozen out of critical conversations or simply on left on the outside looking in in your current role and want to make sure you don't get caught out.

The government’s recent recession budget has done very little to support women in their middle to late career, and we have a perfect storm for feeling like we’re on the outer, when in fact, we’re just hitting our prime.
