Ngozi Lyn Cole is passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion. She has extensive experience coaching senior leaders, executive teams and Boards. She runs her consultancy offering executive coaching, organizational development and leadership services. Ngozi holds advanced leadership and performance coaching diplomas and a Master's Degree in French/English translation. With a grant-making background, she also holds non-executive health and criminal justice roles.

Clare Manning is an experienced coach, supervisor, mediator, trainer and facilitator. She has been working in the field for over a decade and specialises in leadership development, intercultural communication and well-being. She is also co-editor of Coaching Perspectives.
