Throughout the Webinar the participants will dive in into why Google might not be - in some aspects - the ideal search engine to use by default, what data is being collected when people use Google as a search engine and how does Google use this data.

Additionally, the webinar will give an introduction to searXNG search engine explaining its features, how to use it, and show how participants can run their own instance of the search engine - if they so wish - locally for maximised privacy.

If searXNG may be a bit too much of a hassle for some users, other privacy search engines will be shown, discussed and given a simple tutorial.
