参与Great Meetings Build Great Teams体验活动简介
Lots of people hate meetings, usually because they attend too many of them, the meetings are run poorly, and don’t seem to accomplish anything. But projects require good communication and meetings are necessary. Although great meetings won’t guarantee project success, poorly run meetings could lead to project problems. In this Office Hours broadcast, I’ll be talking with Jim Stewart, PMP and Rich Malzman, PMP about how to keep your necessary meetings from becoming necessary evils.
A few topics we’ll discuss:
? why you should create a project plan for a meeting
? how to handle people who behave differently in meetings (what Jim and Rich call goblin personalities)
? the science of meetings and what you can learn from that
? lessons learned from real-life experiences of project practitioners
As one of those people who hates poorly run meetings, I’m excited and hope you’ll join us for a fun and informative session. (Bring your questions! You might win a complimentary ebook of their new book, Great Meetings Build Great Teams.)
