Join us this week as we chat with Sophie Krantz. Over the past two decades she has managed projects in more than twenty countries in a range of international business strategy roles, from Global Fortune 500 companies to the United Nations, in sectors ranging from financial services, advanced manufacturing, agriculture, energy, and oil and gas.
In the past five years, Sophie has worked with business leaders and change makers to accelerate global business success. She helps them to close market and industry gaps, reduce missed commercial opportunities, minimize friction and fixed costs, while increasing agility, scalability, and predictability to achieve global growth and impact.
Sophie obsesses about radical value creation in the world. In plain sight, it is easy to see where value is stuck, stagnating, and where things are generally spiralling out of control. There is also radical value creation. It is harder to see. But it is also not evenly distributed. It can be. During her career she has gained insights into what is not working. And what is working exceptionally well.
Sophie has been leveraged her ExO Coach certification with large legacy companies to update their business models through coaching corporate innovation sprints and mentoring young executives in new corporate ventures. Radical innovation and solving the world’s most wicked problems are unlocking 70x ROI for clients. A client has said that she ‘kicked open their brain’. She likes to think this work is done as a peaceful warrior. she lets in light, possibility, and potential with words, with exercises, and by creating experiences that shift what is seen in the world and confirm what action must be taken.
