Join us this week as we chat with Olga Kokshagina. Olga is an Innovation practitioner, researcher and advocate for open science and entrepreneurship. She believes that the real change happens when not only “methods to innovate" are put in place but organisations are prepared to conduct the change.
Olga has been working in the space of innovation and entrepreneurship since 2010 by designing and delivering consultancy and trainings in innovation for companies like Airbus, Accenture, STMicroelectronics, Schneider Electric, Societe Generale. Olga has had the chance to collaborate with great executives, talented teams to help design breakthrough products and introduce them to markets across multiple countries.
The biggest challenge she sees is to create organisations that support these breakthrough ideas, nurture them and believes the ExO approach provides a great way to support organisations in their transformation.
Olga is currently Associate Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at
EDHEC Business School, an Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University and the co-founder of a HealthTech startup called Ninti amongst other things.
