Practice what you preach. Eat your own cooking. Financial services and advisory firms do lots of preaching and cooking and selling but have left a lot to be desired when it comes to its own situation. The world of wealth is hanging rapidly. Generational change, technological change and lots more...while the workforce that's meant to provide the front of house service, value, advice, and products have not been doing enough recruiting, retention or rewarding (either one or all 3) for the next generation of advisors that can handle the immense tasks supporting new generations of wealthholders. Tech can help, for sure but it doesn't replace the ultimate all important relationship experience. Is your firm facing this challenge? What can the financial world do about it so that clients get the support they need? This is a huge challenge but to me it's also a tremendous opportunity - what are the next steps and moves? https://lnkd.in/dCJhmVsq
