?? Is this still relevant today? Years ago, when I was preparing for my PMP certification, this cartoon was everywhere. It was funny, relatable, and painfully true. It showed how often there’s a huge gap between what the customer wants, what they say, and what actually gets delivered. Now it’s 2025. Are we still facing the same problems? Have we truly evolved as professionals and teams, or are we just tackling the same issues in shinier ways? What I have learned so far: 1?? Better listening The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: nothing beats truly understanding your customer. No tool or method will fix a project if you don’t start with clear communication and real empathy. 2?? AI is helpful, but not a magic fix AI can help us analyze feedback, predict needs, and and highlight gaps, but it doesn’t replace real human conversations. It’s a tool, not the solution. 3?? Small steps, big progress Using Agile methods has taught me the power of testing small ideas quickly. Instead of building something huge and hoping it works, we focus on delivering little by little, getting feedback, and improving along the way. ?? So, is this cartoon still relevant? I think it is. The tools have evolved, but the heart of the problem is the same: how do we make sure we’re delivering what’s really needed? How do YOU make sure you get it right in your projects? I’d love to hear your thoughts! #ProjectManagement #LessonsLearned #Agile #AI
