What a month it’s been this week. ?? The election took place here in America. I ran out of my antidepressants for four days, leading to some wild side effects—like my eyes struggling to keep up with my movements (vertigo, maybe?). And, to top it off, I wrote an entire caption for this post… and accidentally deleted it. So… For this week’s #StartupFounderFriday, here’s the condensed version of what I’d originally typed up (now lost to the digital abyss): “Focus on what you can control and prepare for what you can’t.” Control what’s within your reach, like: Finances ?? Product Development ?? Sales & Marketing ?? Your Team ?? But don’t let things outside your control steal your energy. Instead, prepare for the unexpected. For us, that means building resources for our customers, like our OIC Toolkit, designed to support every new team joining Grapevine: Your Virtual Office Platform. It means understanding our #ICP inside and out so we can anticipate their needs. And it means rigorously testing our product ourselves to improve the user experience and reduce support tickets.
