The ideal candidate would bring lived and learned expertise in and proximity to the fields of youth-led community service, youth and student development, and civic engagement. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, making them a compelling spokesperson for the Youth Empowerment program. Additionally, they would bring creative thinking, a proven track record of innovation, and an ability to foster trust and collaboration among our partners, the broader youth service field, and the youth we serve.
