Oversee holistic AI strategy beyond Gen AI including other AI tech - prediction, planning, decision intelligence, and autonomous systems. ? Never under estimate the power of ecosystem economy by democratizing capabilities such as App Store for the long-view. ? Treat your data as a competitive advantage. Never outsource your AI strategy to an API call. Oversee AI cost/value models and ethics. ? Data security, cost, safety concerns, accuracy uncertainty, and potential IP leakage should be prioritized on the board's agenda. ? Build a well-aligned board composition, foster a culture of trust, and prioritize talent and multi-stakeholder engagement. ? Ensure good chemistry in reinforcing agility, safety to the core, “and” a long-term mindset. It is all about balance and long-view. ? Understand what Superalignment means. $$$ billion impacts to achieve AGI's capability to improve itself. Understand CAPEX and sustainability impacts. ?
