Congratulations ?? to all students across Britain ???? receiving their A-Level, T-Level and BTEC results. I know how hard and stressful this time has been for me. I did do my exams in Britain, but I know they are pretty similar to what I went through in Israel. I remember the competitive environment, the stress, and ups and downs. However, I also think that it is important that we say this to our future leaders: "your grades do not define you or your future success." I had good grades especially in math and sciences ?? . However, along my journey as an entrepreneur, building companies and investing in startups, I met many people who had perfect ? grades, and did not succeed in their ventures, and some who had terrible ? grades and are some of the best founders I know and impact millions of lives. Your grades are important don't get me wrong, but they are just one step in your journey. No matter if you succeeded in school ?? or not, this does not define you. What matters is what problems you are going to solve, will you be open to learn from others, are you going to lead with kindness, and are you able to pick yourself up if and when you fail and try again and so many parameters.
