Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! It's important to recognize the significance of mental health in our daily lives. Thank you Maryana Kessel & Bridgette Raney for tagging me. Personally, I find it essential to take small breaks throughout the day and step away from the computer. Not only does this help me stay focused, but getting outside also enhances my productivity. It's essential to always listen to yourself and recognize when you need to take a break.
