A lot of the advice people give on posting content here sucks for new posters. Somebody who wants to get started on here doesn't need to worry about hooking and implementing systems on top of systems. If you're reading this, want to get started but are worried about not having the right hooks or whatever crap you're told you need, don't worry about it. Just get started with whatever's on your mind. If you enjoy it and want to improve then start to think about hooks and systems and everything else!
