This could lead to a surge in entrepreneurial ventures, artistic expression, and innovative solutions to social problems. ??/ ???????????????????? ?????? "???????????????? ??????????": The "Great Negotiation" forces us to redefine success beyond traditional metrics like salary and job titles. Gen Z values purpose, work-life balance, and social impact. This shift could lead to a more meaningful and fulfilling work experience for everyone.
