An incredible two days spent with client The Alternative Board (UK) at its annual facilitator conference. Highlights included getting to know all the fantastic TAB facilitators and HQ team, plus world president and CEO Jason Zickerman. Today Sally Gunnell OBE delivered an incredible motivational session. I remember watching Sally compete in the 1980-90s and hearing her story today of how she planned and visualised winning her Olympic gold was absolutely fascinating. A truly remarkable and inspiring woman who shared some great insights into how to achieve success in all aspects of work and life.
