In 2016 I was fortunate to be introduced to a fantastic organisation called The Alternative Board (UK) - TAB! Last night I was humbled and honoured to win a number of awards including the Ballon d’Or otherwise known as “National Facilitator of the Year” at our Annual UK Conference in the presence of all my colleagues and peers from around the country. In TAB, as business coaches and advisors, we are privileged to work with hundreds of businesses in the UK, supporting business owners and leaders across all industries. I am so unbelievably proud to run TAB York and personally currently support over 30 business leaders every month to improve their businesses and in ways that change their lives. I successfully exited the sale of our family business several years ago to take a step back and consider what I wanted out of life. That reflection on my Personal Vision brought me to TAB. My days are now enriched supporting incredible leaders in the York region who are motivated, driven and passionate about what they do but most importantly have understood the importance of what success and happiness looks like and are doing something positive towards achieving it. My personal gratitude extends to my amazing TAB members who continue to show their confidence in me (you all know who you are!) and the TAB Boards they sit on each month, and to my fellow colleagues/facilitators around the UK and our local Head Office and International Team who go over and above to ensure we can run our local businesses successfully.
