When you returned to work after taking a break to raise your kids, how did your team respond? A recent survey of working parents by LinkedIn revealed that more than half of mothers who return to work after a career break feel like they are not taken as seriously as their peers. An equal share are concerned about being judged for personal leave and not being supported by their team. What’s more is that over 80% of working mothers say their employer has no programs or policies to support working parents coming back from a break. With so much of the discussion around working parents revolving around parental leave, what needs to happen to support working parents when they get back? Let me know your thoughts and experiences in the comments below. #WorkingTogether
