With over two decades of landscape architecture experience, Zaremba & Co skillfully balances art and nature, delivering thoughtfully designed public and private environments for their clients. Have you seen the QLINE stations recently? M1-Rail partnered with Zoyes Creative to develop a series of designs for the shelters. The translucent designs are an extension of the QLINE brand, developed by Zoyes in 2021, combining friendly colors and simple graphics. Dots represent the variety of destinations to explore along the Woodward corridor, while the overall look reflects the fun and joy in riding the QLINE and connecting within the city. “Every Stop is a Start” to both new discoveries and familiar destinations. #ZoyesCreative #Design #Branding #Qline #Detroit

We are proud to share our recent brand work with Renovare Development on Dorsey Estates, a 46-unit housing development that brings much needed "missing middle" housing to Ypsilanti's Depot Town neighborhood. Inspired by the legacy of community organizer Mattie Dorsey, this new brand features a monogram that doubles as a key, symbolizing the unlocking of homeownership and the path to building generational wealth for young families. With warm, inviting colors and a modern take on heritage-inspired typography, the Dorsey Estates brand reflects Ypsilanti’s creative spirit and dedication to fostering a welcoming, connected community.
