We often think about tech convergence (consolidation?) as the creation of a full stack of tech solutions, from data collection on the 'bottom' to high-level actionable insights on the 'top'. This is certainly the case in sports tech. However, SportsTechX's recent analysis is spot on - a smarter paradigm to evaluate sports-tech strategy is *value creation across the full lifecycle of the athlete's journey*. Both svexa and Zone7 mentioned in this analysis :) This means that the future of sports-tech will gravitate to solutions that can cover the journey across early discovery, talent development, peaking performance, injury risk mitigation, rehab and ultimately longevity.
