"Visual Evolution" is our mission--to evolve the story, art, and technology of the moving image, and through this evolution, broaden the audience for moving images. Partnership, integrity, and enthusiasm are the key founding principles at Zoic. Our projects are born in think tanks, where every idea has value and potential. Good ideas are fleshed out, and a plan for achieving a visual representation of the idea is set early in the creative process. During production we remain accountable to our word and, as changes occur, we change together. We believe that partnerships that remain intact finish with integrity. Most importantly, we love what we do. Zoic is a company of accomplished artists and producers who understand story, process, and relationships. Our team has a proven record of success. They are masters in their fields of 3D, Compositing, and Production Management. Their reputations, in turn, attract additional talent and encourage a strong work ethic. We have built a digital infrastructure, which is flexible and strong to support the staff. It is a "liquid" pipeline, designed by our team for rapid expansion and contraction. It is resolution- independent and changeable based on project needs. Leading visual technology firms provide additional support and insight to the latest methods. We work with these partners as we do with our creative partners: by promoting visual evolution as fast as technology allows. What we do can seem complex and foreign--even incomprehensible. It is our intention to educate and encourage others to embrace this change and together create something new.

I’m excited to share the latest project I had the privilege to lead at Zoic Studios—an epic spot for carmaker CUPRA and the America's Cup. Directed by the amazing J.A. Bayona (director of "Society of the Snow", "The Incredible" and many others) in collaboration with Agencia &Rosas (Pol Martinez) and Roma (Oscar Romagosa Alex Maldonado). This was an incredibly ambitious and rewarding job, as is often the case with such projects! A huge shoutout to my incredible team at Zoic, led by? Andrew Bardusk and produced by Derek Johnson and the support of many many more (feel free to tag!) (RJ Peristere Gina Fiore Christopher Jones)
America's Cup,1851, Queen Victoria asked "who goes first?". The answer was "America, Your Majesty"..."and second"..."There is No Second." A testament to competition. Thrilled to share our latest VFX for the film/campaign for Cupra in partnership with America's Cup. Helmed by the talented Zoic Studios ECD, Aladino Debert, and VFX supervisor, Andrew Bardusk. It's not often you get to partner with such a talented team. From the wonderfully talented filmmaker, J . A Bayona (Society of the Snow, Jurassic World), to working with Oscar Romagosa and Alex Maldonado with Roma, and the &Rosas team entrusting Zoic Studios with some heavy duty VFX. #SXSW It's panel picker time until August 18th! And once again our CEO and Co-Founder Diana Williams is on a panel to help the #CreatorEconomy think through IP and ownership in a different way for both the creative and business mindsets. She'll be joining other big thinkers around this topic including Julien Brami and Samantha S. of Zoic Studios and Brian Frager of Epic Games. This promises to be a banger of a panel.
Excited to re-team with my alma mater Zoic Studios & Julien Brami, Samantha S., & Diana Williams for a SXSW #panelpicker submission on transmedia storytelling across linear, XR, and metaverse platforms like Fortnite / UEFN, please give it an upvote: https://lnkd.in/gaMCuBgf Transmedia storytelling continues to build momentum and chalk up wins with the likes of Last of Us and Fallout the most recent AAA video games to bring their passionate audience and find an even bigger one on streaming platforms. Both of these shows used virtual production production extensively (in previsualization on Last of Us and shooting in an LED volume for Fallout). Once productions use these game engine workflows, it also becomes way easier to bring the VFX quality assets back to other distribution platforms and extend the worldbuilding and points of fan engagement!
