We then do an assessment of the strength of the brand, of the client’s position in the market, the current marketing programs in play, and pieces that may be missing. Once complete, we develop a customized Marketing RoadMap, aligned to organizational strategy and business goals, which outlines the specific initiatives, campaigns, and activities that must be executed to achieve the identified objectives. Together with the client we prioritize the Marketing RoadMap efforts, and define the resources – time, budgets, staffing – needed to execute the plan. We provide the oversight to make the implementation seamless. And schedule Marketing RoadMap revisits. Our solutions are purposeful, built on branding, thought leadership, and intentional marketing. Easily my favorite quote from the interviews I’ve been fortunate to conduct with Propense.ai’s many #BDDifferent thought leaders. Paula highlighted the crucial nature of authenticity when building a personal brand. We discussed #RichardBranson, #MarthaStewart, and #SnoopDogg as examples. Authenticity played a key role in differentiating each of these icons from their peers. The same principles apply to developing a personal brand in professional services. Indeed, the development of the technologies behind GenAI and ChatGPT?have been among the most significant creative breakthroughs of our lifetime. The technologists charged with developing and training the algorithms enabling computers to create every type of conceivable content have been nothing less than brilliant. These transformative technologies have proven to be wonderful things for marketers. They have helped to set the stage for efficiency and automation, theoretically freeing time for creativity rather than repetitive tasks. But have they? ?? The reliance on these tools by the teams using them comes with costs, among them: ? The reduction of time teams previously spent creatively collaborating, time that often led to breakthroughs and genuine innovation. ? A key takeaway: Aligning your thought leadership and content program with your firm’s business strategy is critical. When you are in a #lawfirmcommunications or #PR role at a law firm, you are an essential part of the whole puzzle around the practices, the firm, and your lawyers. Yours is a critical part of helping to satisfy your firm's strategic goals. So, for example, if your firm wants to build and be known for a specific practice area, everything needs to support that focus: the lawyers, the practices, the business development efforts, and the content generated. However, to truly stand out and achieve thought leadership status, you need to bring something extra to the puzzle. You need to contribute original thinking and insights that are not already there. This is the key to moving the needle forward with originality and authenticity. #legalmarketing #thoughtleadership #contentmarketing
