Today, we had the privilege of celebrating Black History Month with Global Chief Inclusion Officer and motivational speaker, Jeff Marshall. Jeff shared invaluable insights on fostering an inclusive workplace, highlighting the importance of active listening to truly understand colleagues from diverse backgrounds. He also addressed recurring challenges faced by African Americans in the workplace, such as the complexities of code-switching, preconceived notions, and biases. A big thank you to Jeff and our Zipster moderator Darryl Dieudonné for the impactful discussion.

We’re taking the momentum of public charging station growth and building on it—the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation has awarded $43.7 million to 25 projects in 23 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico that further connect and scale zero-emission transportation infrastructure. ?? ?We’re thrilled to announce that Voltpost has secured grant funding for two groundbreaking projects from the U.S. Joint Office of Energy and Transportation’s Communities Taking Charge Accelerator! ?? What this means: With $2.6 million in funding, we’re deploying 75 chargers across the Tri-State region (New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut), making EV charging more convenient and affordable for local communities. This wouldn’t be possible without our amazing partners: Zipcar, Cityfi, INF Associates, Empire Clean Cities, New Jersey Clean Cities Coalition (NJCCC), Capitol Clean Cities of Connecticut, Clean Transportation Coalition - Western Connecticut, and Clean Transportation Communities of Southern CT (Greater New Haven Clean Cities Coalition). ?? ??
