Project Manager Responsibilities include preparing and updating Project Schedule, Project Budget, Review of Submittals, RFI’s, ordering materials for our Self Performed Work Scopes, Change Request Pricing, and providing informational support to Project Superintendent. Project Manager is responsible from receipt of Bid from Estimator through Project Closeout and Warranty period. Maintaining strong relationships with our Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers is imperative. Ziolkowski is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience, strong computer skills, positive Client, Subcontractor and Supplier relationships within our market area, and a desire to be part of a great team. *** OPENING *** Payroll Manager - Expected hire date to be May 1, 2024. We are looking for an experienced and organized Payroll Manager to process and manage all aspects of payroll on a weekly basis. This person will be responsible for ensuring the swift and accurate completion of all employees’ pay and coordinating updates, changes, or onboarding needs of the company payroll system, for up to 300 employees. This person will also oversee tax filings, weekly deposits, union payments and compliance, as well as various audits, and other reporting. Our ideal candidate has at least five (5) years of payroll experience, with at least two (2) years in the construction industry. Position is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package including vacation, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance and 401K plan.
