When I got this from Victor Hunt today I had to double check that it was right. We were taking a look at Zingage's impact on turnover for a newer customer of ours, and the improvement to turnover is crazy. The craziest part? These numbers are for monthly turnover. To get the annualized turnover rate, you have to multiply by 12! Either way you slice it, we're down well over 50% on both total turnover and 90 day turnover since going live. We've seen these types of results after 6, 9, 12 months, but this team has really been amazing in the ways they've used Zingage to engage their caregivers and make a huge impact in a hurry.

I take a moment today to reflect and express my gratitude to my father Lem, who served America during World War II. In his later years, Lem was able to live life to the fullest thanks to the incredible support from caregivers. Had so much fun with providers in Seattle at Home Care Association of America this week! What I love the most about these events is hearing owners’ stories for why they started their business. It fundamentally shapes how they run their organization and the partners they choose to shape their culture. One owner told us his reason for starting was specifically for uplifting caregivers. “Caregiving is the gateway role for American healthcare.
