    Does every company need a blog in 2025? ?? The answer is it depends. Most importantly, a strategist should understand a blog's intended purpose or desired outcome and its role in the big picture of a brand's marketing strategy before determining whether or not it's needed. In other words, what's the goal? Where does it fit into your strategy as a whole? Without a robust omnichannel content distribution strategy and the utilization of targeted ads (such as Meta and Google Ads) and email marketing, the effectiveness of your content could be limited. In a recent discussion with content marketer, Allison Kade we both emphasized the importance of a well-thought-out content strategy that includes tailored distribution methods ?? to cater to your audience's needs at various stages of the buyer's journey and across different platforms like email, social media, and paid search ads. ?????? Failing to do so could leave your brand struggling to make an impact. I think of the relationship between content and distribution like the old riddle, "If a tree falls in the forest and nobody was there to hear it, did it make a sound?"?? The answer is your brand can cut down as many trees as you'd like (metaphorically speaking; we're all green of course), but if nobody hears it, then your brand really didn't make a sound. ??
