Today, November 18, 2024, marks Zeus Fire and Security’s 1000th day in business - and we are just getting started! Established on February 22, 2022, Zeus formally launched with Alert Alarm Hawaii, SMG Security Holdings, LLC, Chicago, and Universal Atlantic Systems, Philadelphia and National Accounts, creating an SDM 100 top 15 network of fire and security providers. This week Zeus Fire and Security hosted our Q4 Town Hall meeting. We heard from Zeus leadership on companywide updates, and exciting new initiatives we will be launching in 2025. CEO Scott R. Elkins spoke about our mission – to protect People, Property and Profits – and how our mission is critical to provide best in class service and support for our customers across North America.?VP of Operations Gabriel Garcia highlighted our 2024 achievements and our goals for 2025 as we strive to further increase our mission driven commitment to our customers. CIO Priya Serai provided a technology update on the wide array of critical integrations across Zeus and how they too positively impact our mission, as well as discussed the exciting roll out of our suite of new video AI initiatives. Director of Fire Business Development Gregory R. Breyer, SET, CFEI, CVFI guided us through our October safety moment which has special meaning this month as we celebrate Fire Prevention Month. VP of HR Alyssa Eagan introduced the Zeus Employee NPS Survey, aimed at gathering insights to improve and enhance the employee experience across the organization. Independent Alarm President, Jamie Kerth, recently Chaired the New Jersey Electronic Life Safety Association Annual Golf Outing, raising money for the NJELSA Scholarship Fund. This fund aims to help support the education of kids of active-duty police and fire personnel. The Zeus Fire and Security Corporate Development team, Gordon Lawson, Conner Mosebrook, Jonathan McGowan and James Graham, teamed up as a foursome at the outing and to support the fundraiser.
