One of the biggest misconceptions in email marketing: Unsubscribes are bad news. Not necessarily. Here's why: 1. Unsubscribes are a neutral signal for email service providers, meaning they don't hurt your reputation or deliverability. 2. They reduce the size of your list, but they may also reduce the cost (if you're paying by number of subscribers). 3. They allow you to narrow in on people who might actually buy.
