I had the opportunity this weekend to speak on the panel at Femme Flora ?? I’ve been on an unintentional hiatus from events since November and man had I missed my community! The inaugural Femme Flora event happened this weekend and brought together so many wonderful women and non-binary people in our industry. I wish I could’ve bottled the hope in that room that day so that everyone reading this could experience it but from what I could tell, it’s only the beginning. To the founders - you’ve captured something. I’m not quite sure what it is just yet - a moment? Probably closer to a movement.
