关于我们
We provide companies with art-based experiences that engage employees, jumpstart conversations about inclusion and build trust, while uplifting the lives of marginalized artists in local communities. The art we share is created by autistic and neurodivergent artists. Our artists earn recognition and income —boosting their self-esteem and hope! Our movement was inspired by the personal experience of our founder Harish Bikmal. Harish's autistic son Himal’s art was purchased and displayed by local businesses, boosting his self-esteem and giving us a ray of hope. Harish started the social enterprise Zenaviv to bring a similar transformation to 1000s of other artists like his son! DIVERSITY LEADERS, FACILITIES MANAGERS, AND HUMAN RESOURCES - We help you on your inclusion journey - in a new and effective way - while changing lives in your community!

Art is a powerful tool of empowerment, healing, and visibility—especially for people with disabilities. 🌟 At Creative Voices: Disability Art Celebration 2024, we’re honoring the talent, resilience, and unique perspectives of disabled artists. This isn’t just an art exhibition—it’s a chance to break down barriers and show the world that disability doesn’t limit creativity, it enhances it. 💫 When you visit our Zenaviv Disability Art Exhibition on Nov 16th, you’re not just seeing beautiful art. You’re seeing the hard work and passion of individuals who often face challenges that most of us can’t imagine. I was honored to serve as the featured speaker at this year’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) event hosted by Disability:IN Greater Atlanta and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. It was inspiring to gather with leaders and advocates dedicated to advancing disability inclusion in the workplace. The conversations brought tremendous insight into what it truly means to create an inclusive environment. From practical strategies shared by Todd Hermon, CFRE Lauren C. Lobrano, Kevin Grogg MS, ATP, RET, Clay W., 💐Suzanne M. and Shari McDowell, PT, DPT, FASIA, FACHE, to innovative perspectives on supporting neurodivergent and disability talent, the event underscored that inclusion is more than a checkbox—it's a commitment to valuing diverse abilities. Being part of Disability:IN Greater Atlanta has been invaluable for me and my work with Zenaviv. This organization is at the heart of disability inclusion efforts here, bringing together companies and individuals who are passionate about building a more accessible future for all. If you’re looking to make meaningful strides in this space, I highly recommend becoming a member—it’s a powerful way to connect, learn, and make a real impact. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this insightful and meaningful evening! Special thanks to Valerie Murphy-Rahali, Todd Hermon, CFRE and Pamela Y. Speaking at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta during the Business Technology Security Conference this past week was an incredible honor. A special thank you to Pamela Y. Cooper, MBA, for the opportunity to discuss how art can break down barriers and reshape our understanding of inclusion. Disability art is more than just showcasing talent; it challenges us to question our assumptions about who belongs. What if we saw every piece of art as a window into someone else's experience? These narratives create richer, more dynamic workplaces that thrive on diverse perspectives and inspire genuine collaboration. Let’s take the energy from this event and turn it into meaningful actions that make inclusion a part of our everyday lives. For those who attended: Was there a particular piece of disability art or story shared that resonated with you during the conference? A heartfelt thank you to Patricia K. Keul, Operations Director for DisabilityIN North Carolina, for bringing such powerful insights to Celebrate NDEAM 2024! Pat’s words reminded us that disability is a shared human experience—with one in five people navigating it, often invisibly. Her message truly resonated: none of us are mistake-free, and we all need each other to build genuinely inclusive spaces. She shared that companies leading in DEI see a 28% higher revenue, proof that inclusion doesn’t just feel right; it makes an impact for everyone. We're grateful for the wisdom and passion you shared with us, Pat. Your insights inspire us to keep pushing for change and creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered.
